Late & Cancellations Policy

Due to Covid 19 some changes have been implemented. Mask are required upon entrance ( if you do not have a mask, masks will be available for purchase.) No additional guests or kids will be allowed if not being serviced. Please text or call to check in for your appointment. Please reschedule for a later date if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

We understand things come up! We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment WILL NOT be refunded their deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

LATE

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we my not be able to accommodate you.  In this case, we will need to rescheduled for a later time and your deposit will be applied to the new appointment. If we are able to fit you in before the next appointment a $10 late fee will be applied to your balance.
